Browser Keyboard Shortcuts to Streamline Web Browsing

Keyboard shortcuts will not only streamline your web browsing experience, but will also impress your peers as a result of its display of apparent technological prowess.

Internet Explorer:

Internet Explorer Logo

Ctrl+F – Find (for example, keywords such as names or buzz words)
Ctrl+N – Open a new window
Ctrl+D – Add a bookmark
Ctrl+T – Open a new tab
Ctrl+Tab – Switch to next tab
Ctl+Shift+T – Open the last tab you closed
Ctrl+H – Open history
Ctrl+9 – Go to last tab
Ctrl+Number – To go to a specific tab (e.g. if you want to go to the third tab, type ctl+3)
Ctrl+Shift+L – Copy text you want to search (Ctl+C), then search for it by pressing Ctl+shift+L

Google Chrome:

Ctrl+F –  Find (for example, keywords such as names or buzz words)
Ctrl+N – Open a new window
Ctrl+D – Add a bookmark
Ctrl+T – Open a new tab
Ctl+Shift+N – Open a new window in incognito mode
Ctl+Shift+T – Open the last tab you closed
Ctl+backspace – In the address bar, delete the key term preceding your cursor
New URL+Alt+Enter – Open the URL in a new tab
Ctrl 0 – Return text size settings to normal
