  • How do I determine the best plan for my business?

    There are many factors to determine the best plan for your business. Including how big your team is, the amount of support you’ll need, functionalities of your website and more.   • What are the perks of paying annually or paying monthly?

    Pay annually to receive a free month on your subscription! Review our pricing page for more information (click the switch above the plan pricing to view the difference in monthly vs. annually payments).

  • What makes your websites different from competitors?

    We pride ourselves on creating beautiful and professional websites built for conversion, at an affordable price. We focus on delivering long-term value to our clients with compliance approvals, archiving, simple website management, and all the answers to your questions with our phenomenal in-house Support Team - which is available via chat, email, and phone. 


  • Do you provide a domain name?

    Your domain name will need to be purchased separately from your website before we can help configure it (attach it to your website location). Our recommendation for the domain name provider is GoDaddy registrar. 

    Once you’ve purchased your domain URL, our Onboarding Team will help you complete the rest!

  • Who owns the website?

    Advisor Websites maintains ownership of the platform and software along with any content provided by our team or through our Content Library. Content created by yourself or BD along with your website domain URL is the ownership of the client. For more information, book a time with our Website Specialists, or view our Terms of Use here. 

  • How do you integrate with social media?

    Our Automated Social Media Sharing Tool allows you to automatically share your blogs, events and other content directly to your Twitter and LinkedIn channels (Facebook coming soon).

    You’re also able to link your social media accounts to any page of your website (home page, team page, and contact page are the most popular). It’s easy enough to set up on your own, but don’t forget that all of our plans include 1hr of support time if you need a helping hand!

  • Do I have the ability to post my own articles, videos and other content?

    Yes, you have the ability to post your own articles, videos and other content on your website. Your Onboarding Specialist will provide you with training throughout your website build. 

    Another way that we help elevate your online presence is through our Content Library which is equipped with pre-written content, videos, and infographics for you to use. All you need to do is select the one you like and publish it as your own or edit it to your liking. It’s an easy way to increase website conversion and stay engaged with your clients.

  • How long will it take to build my website?

    Your Onboarding Process will take approximately 4-6 weeks to create, revise and design your new website. This timeline does not include any additional add-ons purchased or broker-dealer compliance approvals. Take a look at the illustration above to see how your onboarding process will look! 

  • I already have a website. Is it easy to copy everything across?

    During the first revision of your website (the second stage of onboarding), your Onboarding Specialist will book a meeting to discuss what information will be transferred from your old site to new. 

    In some cases we are not able to transfer all content identically, however, our Onboarding and Design Teams are dedicated to ensuring your website looks beautiful and is built based on web design best practices. 

  • Do you provide any content for my website? (Bio, Team page, About us)

    You provide your own content for your website, however, we can provide you with templated content for you to update to suit your unique business (i.e. biography template, items to include in your about us section, etc.). 

    We also have a Content Add On Package that you can buy where you work with a content writer to write custom content unique to your business.

  • How much support will I receive throughout the creation process and afterward?

    You will be provided with a dedicated Onboarding Specialist throughout the creation of your website. They will guide you through the onboarding process and be available for any questions that may arise while building your website.

    Once completed, our phenomenal Support Team is available to answer any inquiries you may have about your website. All of our plans include 1hr of support per month and you’re able to reach our Support Team by submitting a ticket, chat or by phone through our Support Portal.

  • How much flexibility do I have when creating my website?

    We pride ourselves on creating beautiful and modern websites that are built for optimal conversion! When beginning your onboarding process, pick from our selection of Website Frameworks. From this starting point, your Onboarding Specialist will work with you to personalize your framework to your business aesthetic. 

    Are you with a BD? Ask our Website Specialists about BD preferred Website Frameworks. 

  • Where can I find my client log-in?

    You will be provided your client log-in at the last stage of the onboarding process. At this time you’ll be able to log-in to your website at any time through our Client Log-In Page.

  • Do you integrate with third-party tools?

    Yes we do. In the third stage of our onboarding process, we will be able to set up tools and integrations such as Content Auto Publisher, Social Push, Redtail CRM, etc.

    If you’re not sure if we integrate with your specific provider, just ask us!


  • Is your compliance process automated or manual?

    Our Compliance Engine streamlines the revision process for advisors who work with regulated firms. When you update your website, our platform creates a ‘shopping cart’ of changes that need to be sent to compliance for approval. Once you have finished editing your site, you simply have to click ‘submit’ to send all the changes to your compliance department. Once your compliance department approves the content, it automatically appears live on your website. It’s that simple! 

    We also have our PreApproval Engine. This feature allows your BD to add pre-approved content to their advisors Content Library - which means scheduling your content just got easier! 

  • Do you set up compliance? Or do I need to get in contact with my compliance team?

    We are already set up with leading Broker Dealers. During the final stage of your onboarding process, your Onboarding Specialist will send your website to your BD Compliance Team for approval. It’s that easy!
