Terms and Conditions (referral program)

Advisor Websites provides registered users with a chance to earn ($15) fifteen dollar credit from the registered user’s subscription. The Referral Reward shall not be made by any other method. The referral program is subject to the following terms:

You cannot refer yourself;
You cannot refer a person that is an existing registered user and/or client with Advisor Websites;
You and your referrals have to accept the Program Terms to participate in the Program;
Advisor Websites reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to decline an application for Advisor Websites services or cancel a user's subscription at any time;
Advisor Websites may discontinue its Referral Program at anytime and will not be liable for any loss of income;
Advisor Websites may decline a referral at anytime without giving a reason;
You are not permitted, under any circumstances, to represent that you are acting on behalf of Advisor Websites or that you have the authority to enter in any agreement on behalf of Advisor Websites; and
You acknowledge and agree that Advisor Websites’ determination will be final and binding with respect to the referring party's eligibility for any Referral Reward.

The referring party shall govern himself/herself in a legal and ethical manner. The referring party shall not misrepresent Advisor Websites’ services or prices or impose any fees or charges or minimums in connection with Advisor Websites’ services

Advisor Websites reserves the right to investigate any suspicious or inappropriate registration or activity. Advisor Websites, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to delay payment of any Referral Reward while it conducts an investigation of any such activity. If Advisor Websites, in its sole discretion, concludes a registration was deceptive you agree that Advisor Websites will not be obligated to pay any Referral Reward for such registration.

Advisor Websites can update these terms at any time without prior notice. If Advisor Websites modifies these terms, the modifications will be posted on the advisorwebsites.com website, applications, or services, which are effective upon posting. Continued participation in the Referral Program after any modification shall constitute consent to such modification.
